I just got back from dropping my older counterpart off. He joined the military for the second time and he ships tomorrow morning. I am gonna miss that bastard. He stayed with us for the past couple of weeks and good times were had by all.
*sniffle*
I gave him a hug and told him not to die. He's totally encouraging me to join up too. I would expect nothing less from him. He finds something he loves and tries to get me to do it too, which is...not..always a good thing, but it's usually a good time.
Did I mention I am gonna miss him? I totally am.

I will pray for his safety while he is away serving. It is a good, honorable thing he is doing, you should be very proud of him.

Aww. I miss all my friends and family who are away in the military. So many of my friends have joined up over the last couple of years.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who tells their friends/family not to die before watching them walk away. My last friend who left a few months back told me that was such an odd thing to say to someone. It always seemed fitting in that situation though. To me anyway.
My best friend/roommate Ry leaves soon. I'm going to miss him so much. He's like the older brother I never had. *Sigh* I know how you feel.
